In regards to your thesis, are you focusing on neglected residential spaces, industrial spaces, or all of the above? if you focus on both, what will the scope of your project be and how will you boil it down into something that is managable given our time frame?
I don't believe that focusing on both categories will be manageable given our time frame, however only choosing one will not be a bad choice. it will allow me to focus more intently on the 'problem.' I am leaning towards neglected residential spaces, because that is where my interests lie. Currently I am doing a lot of reading on neglected industrial spaces as well as looking at competition projects located in Philadelphia to try and help me make this decision though.
